This book did not age well at all and doesn’t properly explain or rather lacks thoroughness for the subject at hand. You would think with the level of knowledge written by doctors even 40 years ago it would have done a better job at sharing more important details. Instead it’s just listing several plants, but not the actions of the substances or meaning behind it.

Good for the price, some misinformation though.
