    The entire content of the Concise Oxford, including pronunciation and etymology, is available very conveniently on this compact device, and not only the dictionary but a useful encyclopaedia as well. There is also a 12-digit calculator. The Word Maker and anagram facilities that help with crosswords, word games, and Countdown are much faster than on the ER6100 model. I bought this to replace my ER6100 after the read-out had deteriorated and I find it a big improvement and with more facilities. It also much more conveniently uses a single AAA battery instead of the expensive C2032s. The only negative aspect is that, having no lid, it is less transportable.

    I bought it to my 10 years old as she wanted one after using something similar at school. It is the best thing I gave my daughter. she is into learning new words and her English is really good and this devise will improve it. I bought a second one as a gift to a very bright girl and she love it immensely. I personally believe that every child should have one of these as they are truly helpful. my daughter's friends love it too and they usually ask my daughter to use it to do their work at school. she learnt a great number of words since I bought it for her and I am very pleased. I will recommend it! it costs around £62 in shops. you also saving some money.

    This one only has the concise Oxford English dictionary, but is good enough, want the Seiko ER9000 now though, it has the full Oxford English, Seiko have only just discontinued their ER9000 model but you can pick em up secondhand quite easily.

    Would definitely recommend if you've got a spare sixty or so quid to spare, yes. Why didn't they have devices such as this when I was at school learning English. Four and a half stars out of five, buy buy buy!!!

    I use this every day I just cannot seem to put in down since I bought it. I think this is a great gadget its got everything on it that you need. Now I can finish all my crosswords (yes I know that is cheating but I learn more and more words each day and the meanings)I think the crossword solver is fantastic and I also like playing the games. There is so much to look up on this little machine and it is so fast in bringing up words and answers. Really pleased with this purchase. It was packed very well and received it a lot earlier than expected.

    I love this little gadget, I do crosswords and was having problems reading the very small print in my Oxford Dictionary even with my specs on. I was going to buy a large print Dictionary but when I saw this on Amazon with Crossword Solver and Thesaurus I changed my mind.

    Yes, I have received this dictionary. I am a bit disappointed because the answers are very indistinct, white on black. But otherwise it is good. Have not learnt all the things it is capable of yet. I really liked my Collins Spellchecker, but it started going wrong. I do a lot of crossword competitions and it has been worn out!! I know you have one similar but I thought I would be a bit greedy and get a bigger one. I am also disappointed that it does not have a cover on it. I did think of returning it as you had said I could, but as I got used to it decided it would be OK.

    Thank you for your excellent service. I have thoroughly enjoyed those John Morgan books about Diana Princess of Wales very much indeed and am now reading them for the second time. I am horrified at what has happened, all the lies, which I have never tolerated in my life. I have all my life been very interested in the Royal Family and they have gone down so much in my estimation now. The older ones that is. Of course the kings have committed such foul crimes all through the centuries, so I suppose it is all second nature to them. I cannot believe the Queen would be a party to this though.

Once the user learns the short cuts and how to load up and change applications, the Er670 does the rest. The only drawback is its size. I found myself pressing the wrong keys due to key size.     This is an amazing product. Not only is it a Dictionary, a Thesaurus, an Encyclopedia but it is also a spellchecker, an aid to solving Crosswords, solving Anagrams, Word Origins and finding abbreviations. It doesn't stop there, far from it. There is a calculator, Currency converter, Metric conversion and a clothes size chart. Just to finish off it has some word games built in.
    What more would anyone need? This is a must have, I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with it.
